Bishopthorpe White Rose FC- The Marcia Inn Beer Festival Fundraiser

The first ever Bishopthorpe White Rose Junior Football Club/The Marcia Inn beer festival is about to take flight and you are invited to be part of the journey. Two days of beer-sampling and pint-drinking goodness with ten casks on tap with cider and prosecco on offer too! Throw in tasty pork pies by club sponsor The York Pie Company on Friday night and hog roast starting at 4pm on Saturday, and you've got yourself one thirst-quenching, appetite-pleasing weekend.

Event sponsors Jorvik Tricycles, The York Pie Company, Fulprint, Sanderson Weatherall, Howard Matthews Partnership, Y Homes and The Marcia Inn for donating event raffle prizes and overall Beer Festival support. Beer and cider provided by Orchards of Husthwaites, Ghost Brew, Bilbrough Top Brewery, Timothy Taylor, Half Moon Brewery, Leeds Brewery, Treboom Brewery, Ainsty Ales, Brew York and more!

Beer Festival Hours: Friday, November 16: 5 - 11pm Saturday, November 17: 12-11pm

Entry is free but for H&S purposes, you'll need your unique, plastic, shatter-free, collector's Bishopthorpe White Rose BeerFest pint glass (with tasting notes included) available to purchase for £4. Sales from the festival's beer selection, food and raffle tickets will go towards the club's fundraising effort for the building of the new club facility and pitches. Children are very welcome to join during Saturday daytime hours. The festival drinks price list is Pints £3, Halves £1.50 & Prosecco £5.
