Pale beer brewed with mosaic & amarillo hops, providing bags of flavour with a new world of zestiness.
Chairman Dave has noble quality; a sweet, crisp pale ale with a zesty bitterness that is complemented by a vibrant floral hop flavour. With a low ABV this is a true session ale.
A great example of the classic light mild, sweet, malty and a beautiful golden colour.
Double Hop Citra session pale ale. This is a light and zesty summer style golden pale ale based on the famous Citra hop to give fresh citrus and lemon flavours. You can drink this one all day long.
Dark, ruby treacle tones, hints of roast barley and beautifully hopped with a chocolaty aroma.
An American style IPA – packed with Chinook, Columbus and Cascade hops from the American North West – crisp, clean and refreshing with a lasting hoppy bite

The straw-coloured beer is described by beer writer, Adrian Tierney-Jones as ‘the kind of beer to perk up weary palates’. There’s a suggestion of aromatic gin-like botanicals and a gentle spiciness on the palate, which lead to a delicate floral hoppiness and the suggestion of citrus before it finishes dry and lightly fruity.
Skirrid is a full of flavour dark beer, ideal for real ale aficionados and lovers of strong flavoursome beer, The blend of ingredients leads to a hoppy tasting brew that sits well when paired with fish dishes or a beautifully matured real Welsh cheese.
Refreshing blonde ale with subtle hints of melon and a clean light lemon hop flavour.
Rich copper in colour with malty and slightly biscuity flavours; Magnum hops give a subtle hoppy finish.
Light and hoppy beer using lager style hops
Dry-hopped ESB (extra special bitter) with buckets of body and balance. Crystal Malt and Black Malt lead the charge in this robust heritage style. An extra round of hopping, which occurs post-fermentation, dials the flavour and complexity up to 11.
A simple, pale malt bill gives a soft malt foundation, but lets the hops do most of the talking. Magnum hops give a gentle bitterness while kettle additions and dry hopping with Bobek and Styrian Wolf hops offer an intense aroma of sweet tropical fruits and complex aromas of mango and elderflower.
A smooth rich dark beer brewed with four malts along with a cocktail of hops to give a complex taste. Deep malty base with dark roasty chocolate flavours.
This beer provides a balance of gentle caramel maltiness, slight roast and hints of floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. Nicely balanced with moderate toffee-like malt sweetness countered by a measured dose of hop bitterness which builds a bit and dries out in the finish, lingering with a crisp, earthy and spicy note
Copper coloured ale, brewed with Slovenian and American hops
A premium amber bitter, morish with well balanced sweet toffee malt flavours and a crisp, hop finish. Brewed using rare Belgian malts and Czech lager hops.
A complex and malty amber ale using Special X (aromatic caramel malt), chit, amber and biscuit malts. On top of all that malt we’ve thrown in some Chinook hops for a spicy kick and dry-hopped with Belma for notes of orange, strawberry and pineapple.
Big Fruity pale. Simcoe Single hop, fruity and earthly flavours, carrying notes of berry, peach, apricot and citrus, but with a pronounced pine aroma.
A warming, Autumnal red ale, rich & malty, with a balancing bittersweet hop character.
Sugarloaf is a medium-dry beer, full of colour and flavour suited to all tastes. A rounded full-bodied ale with smooth caramelised undertones, perfector red meat dishes like beef, steak and, of course, juicy Welsh Lamb.
A strong pale ale packed with hop and citrus flavours, rounded off by a dry biscuit finish.
A light and hoppy number with a little xtra kick from a superior malt bill.
A dark mahogany special bitter with a sweet, roasty, toasty malt palate.
Chestnut ale with nice malty tones and a thick creamy mouthfeel.
Strong golden ale, smooth creamy mouthfeel with a lasting bitterness and fruity aroma.
Robust beer with American hops and added grapefruit to accentuate the citrus hit. A strong pale beer brewed with a high wheat content fermented with real grapefruit giving it a citrus fruity zing.
The Wilko’s Wobbler' is a strong golden ale with a matching strength in hops which will provide a satisfying balance of strength and bitter flavours.
Beast is a full-bodied dark porter. It’s dark mahogany-brown in colour, with a hint of crimson. Rich aromas of toffee, treacle, Mocha coffee, vinous fruit, and chocolate. There’s more complexity on the palate with fruitcake, a hint of rum, more Mocha coffee, herbal hoppiness, vinous fruit, and a bittersweet finish that’s smooth yet complex, rich but not cloying.
A dry hopped creation to give a massive burst of hop flavour which is backed by a big malt presence. Expect grapefruit, tropical and citrus flavours
