Brewed using three blends of malted barley and wheat to provide a full bodied, rich copper coloured, nutty and biscuity session bitter. Two whole leaf hop varieties are used to provide a good bitter-sweet balance and a subtle fruity aroma, giving way to a lingering chocolate malty finish.
Our own beer created by our competition winner Kevin. A modern Best Bitter. A summery bitter that has subtle elements of citrus, orange peel and red berries.
Key Lime Pie Sour. A wonderful biscuity undertone along with creamy lactose gives a fantastic base for the tart lime that shows this beer is worth its weight in gold. CONTAINS LACTOSE
Lower in alcohol but full on flavour wise. An easy drinking golden ale. Liberally hopped with Motueka in the boil then more Motueka and a touch of Citra are added to give a hint of lime and citrus flavours.
Mellow and smooth with a subtle honey and fruit kiss. SIBA Gold Winner
Mango and Passsion Fruit Sour Woohaa Mama! Our much love seasonal sour is back for it's 4th year running! The finest alphonso mangoes and juicy passion fruits are crammed into this fruity sour sunshine deliciousness. You’re not supposed to have favourites, but this is one of ours!
SIBA Gold Winner! Our flagship hazy pale ale is full of vibrant and juicy citrus notes from the all Citra dry hop. Light and refreshing, it’s super sessionable with tropical fruit and grapefruit notes – all wrapped up with a soft bitterness.
This little IPA brings a fruit bowl of peach, passionfruit, zesty citrus and berries from the Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic dry hop, with light pine notes to finish. Brewed in our soft and hazy house style, this easy going session strength IPA is 3.4%; so it’s time to let the beers flow!

An ode to the hop, Cashmere. The smooth bitterness lies beneath the subtle herbal bouquet. The base of this pale ale is a mix of the heritage malt Chevalier and more modern Maris Otter, they balance a bready body to platform the virtues of Cashmere. Mild melon and light pineapple notes
Rich, Dark & Easy Drinking. With the addition of cocoa nibs and Cascade hops to the brew our nitro stout is rich, dark and easy-drinking
An authentic lager brewed using the finest specialist malt and yeast. The key to its delicate clean taste is a cold fermentation and a long, slow maturation which allows the subtle flavours to slowly develop. Continental hops add a light floral element and gentle bitterness, helping to create an extremely crisp, refreshing and drinkable character.
This beer is blended to bring out the very best of traditional British malt and hop flavours. The raised malt profile unlocks notes of roasted caramel, which mingle with classic hop aromas.
A dry Irish Stout. Serves black in colour and packs plenty of caramel and roast malt flavour. A sessionable stout with a thick and creamy mouthfeel.
Easy drinking classic Czech style Pilsner. Using the traditional Saaz hop with a subtle blend of East Kent Goldings, this beer is one flavourful, refreshing Pilsner. Find this on the craft keg bar.
A combination of British and NZ hops gives this beer a satisfying body with a refreshing flavour and a gentle bitter finish. English Admiral, NZ Pacific Jade, and just a dash of chocolate malt. This is the first of the 10th Anniversary re-brews.
Chef's Salty Chocolate Balls (Shadow Stout) is a mouthful of rich chocolate and caramel Stout, and a velvety mouth feel. Brewed especially for the Festival.
A London Dry Stout that's smooth, creamy and velvety; with notes of cold brew coffee and bitter dark chocolate.
A bold, uncompromising beer, packed with hops at 4 different stages in the brewing process. Imperial and Munich malts give the beer enough body to try and tame the hop aromas jumping out of the glass. A classic West Coast IPA boasting intense pine and solid bitterness with residual sweetness and citrus aromas.
