A well hopped, light golden session bitter with a distinctive, dry, refreshing taste enjoyed through a rich creamy head. Brewed in traditional cast iron and copper vessels using the finest ingredients.
Pale in colour. Refreshing light flavours complimented by a fruity tangerine nose
American style pale ale, hopped with Cascade and Centennial hops, infused with a hint of blackberries.
A remarkably light, crisp and hoppy ale with a hint of sauvignon. Maris Otter Pale Malt and Carapils provide a light malty base for intensely aromatic floral, citrus and gooseberry flavours of Chinook, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Named after a rare breed of chicken that originates from the state of Ohio in the USA, Buckeye is an easy-drinking, well-hopped pale ale, brewed with a blend of American and New Zealand hops, producing an orange, citrus fruit aroma and a refreshing level of bitterness.
A premium dark mild brewed with a complex mix of malts and oats giving a wonderful depth of flavour, well balanced with undertones of coffee and chocolate and a full finish.
Already a modern day classic . Citra is a single hop variety beer. Oakham were the first brewery in the UK to use Citra. A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Named after the town in which Rooster Cogburn lived, Fort Smith is a big and bold India Pale Ale, brewed using Citra and Chinook hops from the USA to create tropical and passion fruit aromas and a lasting, bitter finish.
Horndean Special Bitter (HSB) was first brewed in 1959 to meet a growing demand for a higher strength bitter. Sales growth was slow throughout the sixties when BBB and the cask milds were the predominant Gales beers. However, following the creation of CAMRA and the greater public interest in cask conditioned beer, HSB sales grew throughout the seventies and eighties and became Gales major brand. Production moved to Fullers in early 2006.
A new, contemporary golden ale with a heavy hoppy citrus bias provided by the outstandingly fruity American Chinook hop. Very refreshing and full of flavour.

Originally an experimental "Outlaw" beer, subsequently became a regular brew. Pale coloured beer. Golden Promise malt and New Zealand and US hops. Amazing aromas closely mirror those of the Sauvignon grape. Moderately bittered. Long finish
