Tricky Cider is a crisp, thirst quenching and delicious cider made from 100% apple juice from the Blackdown Hills in Somerset. The cider apple blend combined with natural tannins unlocked during the ageing process give a fiery kick to make the perfect balance of flavours.
Produced by cider maker John Harris in Somerset, Janet's Jungle Juice is a firm favourite with customers. When you try it you will see why it was the CAMRA national award winner in 2008. This medium dry cider is well rounded and fruity with a deep texture and flavour. It is a fantastic starting point for inexperienced cider drinkers as it is so very easy drinking.
Aged for 18 months in Rockside casks
Pronounced 'Ben-Jerrig'. A well-balanced malty and slightly sweet beer with a lingering malty aftertaste.
Smooth stout named after the ship that sailed from Ullapool to Nova Scotia in the 18th century.
Caramel malt with bitter oranges, grapefruit and green hops
The nose has roast coffee, gingerbread and chocolate. The palate is of currant fruit and molasses becoming creamier towards the long warming finish.
Oatmeal Stout. Dark rich and decadent. This stout has plenty of body with rich roasted notes and biscuit flavour.

A mid strength wheat beer named after 'Silver Link' - one of the A4 class of steam loco built in Doncaster. This beer has a spicy cinnamon aroma. It has a refreshing taste with a suggestion of banana and ginger with a light spicy flavour on the finish.

Rich, dark, chocolaty, malty with a slight bitter finish.
Golden with a gentle hop flavour of herb, wood and blackberry. Why the name? The brewer comes from Forest and he is a bit blond!

A light straw premium pale ale, a citrus hop flavour with hints of lemon grass and pine needles. Smooth and refreshing with a dry hop finish. Hopped with Dr Rudi, Southern Cross and Pacific Jade.
Pale bitter, quite fruity with a sherbet aftertaste and moderate bitterness

This beer combines great British and Belgian beer heritages to make a beer that takes elements from British stouts and Belgian farmhouse saisons. Dark and full of roasted malt flavours, with a smoothness from the high wheat content, delicately hopped with European hops adding a hint of floral hop, and then fermented with a saison yeast filling the beer with complex funky fruity flavour that complement the rich malt notes.
Clear amber coloured beer with a white head. Aroma is malty and fruity with some caramel. Flavour is of caramel malts with fruit, has a good bitterness and a slightly dry finish.

Pale IPA with good bitterness using lots of American Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Citra for flavour and aroma and dry-hopped to fermentation with Columbus, Willamette and Cascade. A bold, hoppy beer.
Greene King IPA is a perfectly balanced ale, characterised by its fresh, hoppy taste and clean, bitter finish. This hoppy taste and aroma come from two varieties of English hops – Challenger and First Gold – which are combined with pale and crystal malts.
A rich, robust porter brewed with malt that we have smoked over cherry and apple woods. Full bodied and moreish.
Cyclops is the brewer's excuse to play with hops! Each version of Cyclops concentrates on a single hop so, although the malt profile is minimal and identical between brews, the beers themselves vary considerably depending on the choice of hop. This one is brewed with Mt Hood.
A solid malt core underpins this heavily hopped and dry beer. The hops have been selected to impart a distinct fruitiness to the beer. Strong flavours of passion fruit and berries prevail.
Lower strength version of Highland Brewing Company's mild ale, an easy-drinking session ale brewed with pale, chocolate and crystal malts. Dark in colour with ruby tints, aromas of roast malt are followed by chocolate and a mild hop background in the taste.
Barley wine brewed with three addtions of Cascade hops brewed on Orkney. This beer has reached you today by road and boat
Tan colours, clean tasting and easy drinking.

It's no secret sheep are not known for their intelligence. This dry, crisp cider mixes well with all farm meats, especially lamb. Taste the sense in this down to earth cider.
Millwhites driest cider. Aged in red wine barrels this is a full flavoured cider with hints of wood tannin. A cider for the connoisseur
Ampleforth Cider, made at Ampleforth Abbey in Yorkshire is a strong, dry cider with a wonderful complex and a very fruity flavour.
Delicious still cider straight from the vat. Made from 100% juice of bittersweet Dabinett apples. This single variety cider is honey in colour, seriously fruity with a smoked apple wood flavour.
A delicious, easy drinking medium cider with a warm honey colour and a distinctive appley aroma, combining rich peaty undertones with the fresh taste of bittersweet apples.

Tom Oliver, also the tour manager for the band the Proclaimers, produces excellent easy drinking ciders which are well balanced. This is a real traditional vintage Hereford cider.
Orchard Pig use traditional West Country methods made easier by modern techniques to produce our wholesome delicious products. This is a soft, medium cider with a clean flavour and a lingering apple finish.
One of the great masters of absolutely traditional Somerset cider making, Roger Wilkins took over the business in 1966 set up by his grandfather in 1917 and he has been going ever since. There are no single varietals here and it's all fermented out and ready to drink in 8-10 weeks giving it a 'fresh' taste.

Aroma is rich spicy apples, the taste is similar, however the sweet richness of the apples themselves makes it very balanced and super drinkable.
Produced by Martin Harris; a Yorkshireman who moved to Herefordshire to start an organic smallholding. Finding that this included an orchard Martin started to make cider and now produces some of the most delightful organic ciders and perries. This perry is crisp, clear and full of pear flavour. It is naturally quite sweet.
A refreshing, delicate, medium-dry perry that has gentle pear tones and a crisp, dessert pear finish. Created with beautiful English Conference pears.
This oak aged, Welsh perry is quite clear, has a caramel nose and a dry finish. It is a very lively. popular perry and easy to drink.

Beast of Bodmin Moor is our deep chestnut red ale, great complex malt flavours with a berry, fruity bitter finish. Only recently released this has proven extremely popular in a short space of time.
Cornish Arvor is golden red, a lovely refreshing ale. This beer was developed to have a light quaffable beer, that was not overly floral but still had distinctive hop notes with some malt complexity. Arvor is Cornish for Coast.

An easy drinking light session pale ale.
The first beer brewed at Alechemy HQ and names after a famous local landmark. A deep amber colour, this red IPA is solely hopped with Chinook. The pine bouquet combines with amber and pale malts to give a wonderfully balanced beer.
Alphabet's beer's aren't usually in casks. This maple brown ale isn't fined or filtered so may be a little hazy - it'll still taste great though!

One of our dual hopped beers, containing Aurora and Hallertau Blanc hops. This is coloden in colour with an aroma that hints of resin and white grape. The taste is fresh citrus grapefruit bitterness. The finish is fresh and bitter.
Very dark with a mocha coloured head, a roasted malt aroma with vibrant hop tones. The flavour is rich, fruity and hoppy with lots of roast malts. The finish is bitter, dark and dry-ish

Pale ale, that has been dry-hopped with Simcoe and Ahtanum as well as the addition of lemon peel
Named after the town in which Rooster Cogburn lived, Fort Smith is a big and bold India Pale Ale, brewed using Citra and Chinook hops from the USA to create tropical and passion fruit aromas and a lasting, bitter finish.
A smooth mouth-feel with a lightness upfront makes this an easy drinker. The flavour profile carrying transient hints of caramel, then fresh roast coffee with wisps of dark fruit, currants and dark chocolate. Subtle sweetness and then gentle waves of smoke and cinder ease into the finish leaving a dryness that coats the palate in coffee and wafer biscuits. Brewed as a collaborations with Bean Brothers, this beer was originally 6.5% but now brewed at 6.0%.
It may only be 2.8%, but it's certainly big in flavour. Pale and full bodied with the addition of Centennial leaf hops in the cask.
