A dark, malty red ale with nutty, roasted notes from the chocolate malt. This session bitter is hopped with Kent Target hops from the National Trust’s hop farm at Scotney Castle and Finchcocks’ Kent Goldings. A satisfying and flavoursome pint.

Originally brewed in 2004 to commemorate the 30th (Pearl) Anniversary of the Canterbury Beer Festival. This golden ale is hopped with Kent First Gold, Yakima Valley Cascade from the USA and Hallertauer Perle hops from Germany which impart a citrus, spicy and floral finish to this summer ale.
Light yet full-bodied, this golden ale is packed full of flavour. An all euro hop affair leads to a great bitterness. Hints of tangerine citrus followed by a fresh aroma.
Gold coloured session beer, refreshing and quaffable. Yet despite its relatively low ABV this beer still retains a good flavour and long aftertaste. Good aromas on the nose and a balanced bitterness to sweetness on the palate. A satisfying beer.

This golden ale is hopped with 9 different types of Kent bred hops in a total of 9 separate additions. That really is the Spirit of Kent – a beer with probably the most types of hops on the planet….? This beer's aroma is of citrus sweetness (mandarin), earthiness and pungent hop sack. The palate similarly is of mandarin sweetness with a muscular earthiness, a slight note of almond and a dry bitter finish.

Best bitter hopped with undried green hops from the National Trust’s hop garden at Scotney Castle. A mild tasting, mid gold best bitter, it has a wonderful sappy flavour of the undried green hops.

This is a beer made with a single very pale Pilsner lager malt resulting in a lager coloured alse, but Lager it is not! Cascade, Phoenix and First Gold hops give a noticeably citrusy aroma.
Bexley’s Own Beer is a deliciously smooth pale ale. This ale is made with a combination of Crystal malts together with UK and New World hops, giving a floral aroma with a well balanced flavour of gentle bittering and a lingering subtle sweetness. An Award winner.

A green hopped Pale Ale, made using predominantly Maris Otter barley to give a light nuttiness in flavour; this Pale Ale mainly uses the Prima Donna hop "grown locally" in and around Deal, whilst the addition of Admiral hops (developed by Wye College of Kent in the 70’s) at the beginning and end of the boil imparts a subtle orangey flavour and lavender backnotes.

A premium ale to commemorate the year 1965 when the Black Eagle Brewery closed, Winston Churchill passed away and Robert Wicks was born. Brewed to a similar recipe that Bill Wickett used for his last brew at the old brewery on 3rd March 1965.
This autumnal red gives an initial citrus burst with hints of grapefruit, with a medium to high bitterness and a dry finish.
