Hand Crafted Pale Ale. Light refreshing and straw coloured.
A traditional porter. Rum finish to the rich Coffee and dark Chocolate base.
Dry Cider. A blended cider of traditional fruit and allowed to ferment out to bone dry.
Med/Dry. Vintage apple usually ferments out to nine dry but this has been back sweetened to enhance that strong tannin based flavour.
Med/Dry A blended cider by James McCrindle . He works with Counrtyfiles Kate Humble to make cider at her farm events.
Med/Dry. A blend of mostly the 3 counties variety of apple. This is a modern Apple by comparison, as most vintage varieties are 300yrs old. .
Medium. Lighter blend than their other product as it has less tannin and a more straw like colour.
Medium. Single variety cider apple has wonderful vintage quality. It harks from the Long Aston Cider research establishment in the 1950’s.
Medium. Blend of vintage fruit varieties is named after the master of ceremonies at a pagan Wassail.

Medium. This bittersweet vintage apple gives a sweet flavour and is a variety that’s at least 300yrs old.
Medium. Blend of the old apple trees at Woodredding farm that were harvested for many years by the late Jack. His blend remains a family secret.
Med/Sweet. A blended cider that has the bonus of elderflower syrup. All apples and flower are collected near Stanway.
Med/Sweet. This vintage Apple cider matured in an oak whiskey cask and has oaky sweetness.
Med/Sweet. This cider is actually made from desert apples and this is a bit of an unusual thing in craft cider.
Med/Sweet. Named after the village that the apple was first discovered in. This variety is 400yrs old and still going strong.
Med/Sweet A blend using mostly Dabinett, from the Forest of Dean. This is the classic farmhouse Taste.
Med/Sweet. A single variety and a new rare type of cider apple.
Dry perry. Named in the old days because if this was made badly it would turn your guts into a merry go round. But thankfully Jolter are masters at getting it right.
Med/Dry perry. This single variety perry named after the village of Blakeney The variety is around 250yrs old.
Perry. A blended perry of Winnels Langdon, Blakeney Red and Brandy pears that give this fantastic flavoured drink.
Medium perry. Made from Gloucestershire pears, mostly from Winchcombe area.
Medium Perry. Blended perry made from rescued old orchards that have been pruned and revitalised.
Medium Perry. Blended perry made from Winnels Longdon, Brandy and Blakeney Red. Same fruit but a different quantity to Top Hat perry.
Sweet Perry. Blended perry of Blakeney Red, Butt and Oldfield vintage pears. This is a multi-award winning perry.
Medium Perry. This single variety perry is extensively used by many because it’s so good and balanced. A taste off between makers.
Sweet perry. Blended perry named after the pears shape. Light, crisp and fresh.
