This soft and juicy Pale Ale is brewed in the New England style with plenty of oats and wheat. We used Citra & Chinook hops in the whirlpool then dry hopped with more Citra and Australian Eclipse Expect notes of citrus and grapefruit with a stone fruit undertone.

King John
This Pale Ale takes its name from the castle built by King John in 1207, which is located less than one mile from the Brewery, and from where he rode out to Runnymede to sign the Magna Carta. The beer itself is deep amber in colour with a blend of pale ale and crystal malt. The bitterness and fruity aroma are developed from a combination of hops

Resolute
Taking its name from a town within the high Arctic, despite its cool name this is the sort of bitter that we're sure you'll easily warm to. Andwells Best Bitter combines the finest malt and hops to produce a well balanced malty and hoppy flavour with a light amber colour.

Loxhill Biscuit

ESB
ESB has a wonderful rich mahogany appearance. Taking in the nose, the beer is bursting with cherry and orange, balanced by soft malty toffee and caramel notes. The flavour delivers everything you would expect from such a full-bodied ale. The unique blend of Northdown, Target, Challenger and Goldings hops imparts grassy, peppery notes on the tongue along with intense citrus fruit characters of grapefruits, oranges and lemons. The blend of Pale Ale and Crystal malts in the brew give a biscuity, toffee element to the beer. A smooth, mellow bitterness lingers on the palate to give a superbly satisfying finish.

Home Harvest
A unique seasonal ale made with the three varieties of hop grown at the brewery's own hop garden. Brewed with Fuggles and English Cascade hops harvested from our garden at the brewery, as well as the exclusive Farnham White Bine. The result is a amber cask ale brewed in the traditional Hogs Back house style, while having its own distinctive character, with a great balance between sweetness and bitterness with a light hop aroma.

Summer Lightning
A trendsetter in the brewing industry; the original Summer ale brewed all year round. An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma.
