We’ve honestly cracked it with this beer. Huge quantities of British blackcurrants produce a beautiful pink colour and almost fresh strawberry flavour when combined with the souring yeast esters which produced fruity notes of their own. Fermentation stopped in time to leave the perfect balance of sweetness without the need to add lactose and no flavourings used…just fruit. Unfined and Vegan Friendly.
A big juicy and hazy unfined IPA. We were overwhelmed by the intensity of Nectaron hops when we used them for the first time earlier this year. They deserved to be used in something much bigger so here it is ! Intense peach, pineapple, grapefruit on the nose with citrus, mango and a hint of pine in the full and luscious body. Not too bitter to let the aroma hops do the talking.

West Coast IPA, Intensely hopped West Coast Style IPA. Intensely hoppy with citrus and tropical fruits.
Strong, dark and dry Stout with a smooth spicy finish.
Strawberry and Raspberry pudding ale
Port Infused Imperial Russian Stout - A strong dark extravagant beer with lots of roasted grain and maltiness, finished with sumptuous vintage Port. Limited Release Series.
Grapefruit, aniseed and peach notes feature in the hoppy bite that builds to a tropical fruit and piney bitterness in the finish.
Eight different malts were used to create this balance Mild. Hints of caramel and chocolate are layered in the modern interpretation of a classic British style. A rich dark colour with a dry finish.
