Ampersand
Fruity with strong flavours of tropical fruit, blueberry and blackberrys, with hints of fresh pine needles. Idaho 7 is the hop used. Unfined.
Animal
Cascade, cascade & more cascade. Leaf, pellet and cryo all make an appearance in this piney, floral, cascadey Pale. (Brewer's description!)
Beartown
Expertly refined black treacle and burnt toffee stout, a Gold award winner with SIBA (the Society of Independent Brewers)
Big Smoke
A very easy drinking session pale ale with Cascade & Centennial hops. Low in alcohol but not in flavour.
Clearwater
New beer, amber in colour with subtle honey and fruit flavours and a fruity, hoppy finish.
Don Valley
Summer Pale Ale: light and hoppy, refreshing with a bitter finish brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Woodstock.

A brand new beer from Hooky's polot plant. Hoppiness guaranteed, I'm told.
