A dark, sweetish, strong Ale with smooth fruity flavour & slight Liquorice after taste.
Amber in colour, the sweetness from the select quality malts lead to a beautiful balance of choice hops of time gone by, that give a rich and moreish flavour with pine, sweet fruit, berry and smooth spice aroma.
A full bodied English dark ale, with a strong malt palate and a smooth chocolate finish.
A lovely light golden session IPA at 3.8%. A fresh citrus aroma is balanced with a light hoppy and malt taste and a subtle bitterness.
Inspired by the floral views and smells of a freshly mowed pasture. A yellow gold English pale ale. A clean, low to moderate bitterness, fruity hop sweetness with a slight peppery taste.

We’ve been wanting to do this for ages – a session IPA packed full of flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and oats for that lovely mouth feel. Hop wise – we’ve packed this little beast with our favourites – Mosaic and Citra. Expect tropical, citrus, stone-fruit notes. This sessionable IPA was a joy to brew and a true joy to drink. Vegan friendly.

In memory of our co-founder Jim Minkin who sadly passed away in 2020. JIMBO is our legacy brew to Jim’s character. He lives on in our great beer. Part of him will always be at Purity. Brewed with Pilgrim for that initial bitterness and then the classics Fuggles and Goldings as well as Emperor (a brand new hop as part of the Charles Faram hop breeding program) to bring body to the mouthfeel. These classic and new wave hops give JIMBO aromas of mixed berries, crisp apple, yet all balanced with a well-rounded nutty bitter finish.

First brewed in 2009 to celebrate the bicentennial of Charles Darwin’s birth in our home town of Shrewsbury. A copper coloured Bitter given an international twist with an eclectic mix of new and old world hops that give the beer its distinctive lemony aroma and dry finish.

Butty Bach is a Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’ – and this charmingly smooth premium ale has certainly made more than a few friendships in its time. We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite.
Mosaic, Summit, Cascade, Pilot and Azacca hops join forces to Hopfather some seriously hoppy clout. This session IPA also boasts a new vibrant gold colour together with subtle malt overtones, zesty fruit flavours and a refreshingly crisp finish. Hats off to a top brew!
