Supremely dark with an off-white head, full of oats for a smooth mouthfeel that is enhanced by the addition of 100 oysters to the boil. The traditional roast flavours are counterbalanced by mineral tanginess provided by the fresh oysters. Contains molluscs.
Pale ale infused entirely with American hops, these hops impart a refreshing blend of flavours - think oranges, mango, and the delicate scent of spring blossoms. Our most fruity cask beer to date! Vegan friendly.
A tangy and balanced American amber. Sweetness, light biscuit and caramel flavours from the copper malt profile are complemented by bright fruity flavours of citrus fruit, grassiness, and lychee from Cascade and Centennial hops.
An organic super hazy New Zeeland pale ale with Scottish springtime botanicals, heavily hopped with Wakatu and Motueka for a floral, tropical fruit and limey citrus kick. Expect crushed lemons and limes, passion fruit and a wee bit of pine. The small and subtle addition of foraged sticky-willies and organic dried sugar kelp make for a cucumberry, botanical, grassy and fresh experience that balances the fruitiness. Soft, fruity, full of huge amounts of heavenly Mosaic aroma, including ripe peaches, mango and apricot, our signature session pale ale. We developed a super soft water profile, used an oat and wheat heavy malt bill, and finished with English ale yeast and huge amounts of Mosaic in the dry hop once fermentation ended.
Named after Paisley's river, White Cart Water, this golden full-bodied ale boasts smacks of flavour. The appearance is enhanced by a touch of wheat malt, giving good head retention and a wonderfully dry after-taste that won't be easily forgotten. As the name suggests feel free to enjoy 'Cart Blanche' as the mood dictates.

A cranberry and raspberry gose - A light and sessionable fruited gose with Indian coriander seeds and Blackthorn sea salt. We fruited this one with tart cranberries and sweet raspberries for an overall well balanced gose. - Hops: Ariana. Vegan friendly.
A balanced ruby mild with a traditional soft malt base giving red fruits and cherries. Accentuated by a large addition of plums which leads to a bright refreshing finish with a juicy touch of acidity. Vegan friendly.
Barrel-aged Flanders Red with Scottish strawberries, cherries and blackcurrants. It combines four brews of different ages: one batch was aged for three months, another for four months with aged hops, another for nearly two years in tank and the final portion aged for one year in whisky casks. This blend was refermented and aged for an additional month on locally grown Scottish strawberries, cherries and blackcurrants. Deep complexities abound in this aged beast. Vegan friendly.
A rich strong Orcadian ale. After a gentle fermentation at our brewery in Quoyloo, the beer is finished in old oak casks formerly used to mature fine scotch malt whisky. This unhurried process creates a timeless classic full of fruit, spice, oak and roast malt flavours.

This best bitter is a modern take on the ales that were historically brewed in the Lea Valley. It combines a traditional British malt base with an international line-up of hops, including one of our favourites - the English hop Archer, which has a rich stonefruit note to it.
Two-tone, toe-tapping, taste bud-tantalising ten-malt-porter. Monstrous amounts of fresh malts create a beer as black as the earl of hell to which some big piney hops are added to give a robust bitter finish. Quite often this beer can be aged in a barrel with some varying special ingredient.

A traditional dark amber Scottish Ale. Brewed using locally sourced water, Scottish, sown, grown and malted barley, light crystal malt and wheat malt.The moderate bitterness comes from a mixture of Target, Goldings hops. It has a malty/sweet aroma and a slightly drying finish derived from the roast barley.

Our Lerwick IPA takes a traditional style of beer brewed with modern techniques to produce a flavour sensation. A Czech-inspired Pilsner brewed using lager malt, a touch of wheat and some caramalt, and a few handfuls of a lovely hop called Polaris which gives its signature bitterness. Then we cool ferment and 'lager' at low temperatures for a few weeks until its ready. Light amber in hue, clear with a lovely foamy head, it's a great alternative lager if you fancy trying something that isn't one of the usual brands. Vegan friendly.

Our traditional Scottish 80 Shillings dark ale with locally foraged sugar kelp seaweed added to the mash. Made from pale, chocolate, crystal, roasted and smoked malts. Smooth and creamy with toffee and caramel hints and a bitter twist finish, not salty as you might first expect.

Smoked Scottish stock beer hopped with Challenger. Brewed with a blend of Scottish malted barley and German oak smoked wheat malt and hopped with absolutely lashings of whole leaf Herefordshire Challenger, a bright and aromatic hop. After open fermentation and cleansing, it was dry hopped in oak casks with more Challenger and allowed to ripen.
Gose is a tart and salty German wheat beer, traditionally brewed with coriander and salt, known for its refreshing sour profile. This once nearly-extinct style has seen a resurgence in popularity, especially among craft brewers who enjoy its unique flavour and potential for creative variations. This gose has an orange flavour and aroma. Vegan friendly.
Brewed with lager malt, cara pils, wheat and chit malt for a crisp refreshing lager with good head retention. We've paired Hallertau Hersbrucker and Hallertau Blanc to showcase the character of both traditional German lager hops and modern German varieties. The combination of floral noble hop character of the Hersbrucker and white wine notes of the Blanc work really well together.
A cider produced using apples locally sourced across Ayrshire. We hate apples going to waste, so we turn unwanted apples into this cider. It is just the juice of freshly pressed Ayrshire apples with our yeast added to do its thing. Left for months, over the Ayrshire winter to ferment and mature. Nothing added! On the nose there is a blast fresh green apples. On the front palate is an obvious apple fruitiness. It lingers to dry with a hint of sweetness and long tasty umami finish.
A medium dry strong cyder aged in American white oak Rioja barrels. It has oaky vanillin notes with hints of dark berries from the red wine and a spicy finish.
This year's Cheeky Jackdaw is a full bodied sweet cyder with a tannic bite.
A limited batch dry cider made entirely of apples from the walled garden at Culzean Castle. On the nose there is a fruity freshness and that same apple power taste is obvious in the mouth.
The aroma is sweet with light apple notes. The flavour is sweet with notes of apples! Pale orange and slightly hazy. Easy drinking cider, with plenty of fruit.
Local apples from the uplands of South East Wales are used in this medium cider.
A full-flavoured cider with strong tannins balanced with sharpness. Our much-appreciated farmhouse cider, blended from our own Steilhead cider apples and locally-grown dessert and culinary apples.
A dry perry using the red-skinned half of our Very Perry out on its own and showing its full character. On the nose there is an oily volatility with a parma violet edge. On the palate there is an intensity with stewed pear and banana flavours but an almost rhubarb cleanness cutting through to a light bitter finish.
Slightly hazy, medium-dry award-winning cyder. Named after a dog's squeaky toy which was found in the orchard while picking the apples, and hung on one of the apple trees. Ever since then, the Rubber Chicken cyder has been made from the fruit from that orchard.
A medium dry cider made with Brown Snout single variety apples. Although Brown Snout is held in high regard it is not as widely grown as it’s reputation deserves. Harvest is late autumn as it matures slowly on the tree and keeps well. It is a medium bittersweet apple producing a reassuring and satisfying amber cider with moderate tannins and pleasing slightly dry aftertaste.
A rich, red medium cider. Smooth and rich with a spirit aroma and taste that resonates with the taste buds.
A classic take on Kreik using Montmorency cherries - tart and refreshing leaving cherry flavour in it's wake.
We had our friends from Y Not Brewing over to do what they do best, a heavy stout! This is a Dreamcake Imperial Stout. It has been made over 3 mashes and been boiling for 5 hours. We have added Coconut, Caramel & Vanilla and ends up with a dreamy beer at 12%.
A now classic Dutch pale ale - brewed elsewhere previously but the beer has followed the recipe owner.

Brewed using a very old recipe and ingredients including bog myrtle. Clear copper brown in colour with aromas of malt with notes of spice and dried fruit. Spicy and malty flavour with clear notes of caramel and hops. Sweetish aftertaste. Very interesting.

An excellent Dunkel - balanced malt, light hoppiness and one of the best.
Aroma of malts, yeast, caramel, sugar, plum, wood and light spice. Flavour is big sweetness, malty and sugary. Alcohol is not obvious. Wonderfully refined taste and impressively well-balanced.

This is their Owlbert Einstein aged in Californian brandy barrels. An excellent imperial stout taken to a new level with the complex flavours of the brandy.
A good, tradional, Germen fest beer. Clean malty flavour, refreshing and easy to drink.
Triple Hoppy NEIPA with three new hop varieties - Anchovy, Pink and HBC1019. Basically the first commercial use of these :)
