Celebrating Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance's 30th, Docks Beers will donate £5 to LNAA for each cask. Gold in colour and bursting with fruity hoppy aromas, hints of lychee, pine, and orange. Subtle bitterness, medium body, and sweetness from the higher finishing gravity. Lager foundation, wheat, Vienna, and Caramalt in the grist, with Saaz, Hallertau Blanc, and Citra hops, creates a distinctly smooth, hoppy beer.

Burton Ale
We first brewed our Burton Ale with Kernel Brewery back in the summer of 2011, inspired by historical brewing recipes from the early 20th century. This iteration, fermented on our union system, is malty, rich, and dark, with a gentle balancing bitterness from the Golding hops. Roasted malts and special brewing sugars make our Burton ale the perfect winter warmer.

The Union
British-style cask IPA, using the very best ingredients and fermented in our new Union Set.
