On the Saturday our Beer cart will be pulled around Ossett town centre, by Morris Dancing teams from all over the country. The procession starts at 10.30 am from Ossett Community Centre. Please note this year the route has changed to ONLY around the town centre. (Please see social media for details.)
Morris dancing teams will be dancing in Ossett throughout the day on Saturday. There will also be a food and craft Market, and rides in Ossett precinct. The Beer festival continues from 11 am- 11pm in the Town Hall. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. Come and join us for a fun filled, colourful weekend, and help us raise money for Wakefield Hospice, with a nod to the Queen on her platinum jubilee.
You will find Ossett Beer cart on social media for further details of beers, procession route, etc.
The dancing and procession are free, but there is an admission charge into the Beer Festival in the Town Hall.
