The third beer in our session series. Brewed with the British hop Harlequin, from the Charles Faram’s Hop Development Program. This pale ale has tropical fruit flavours and aromas including passionfruit, peach and pineapple.
A pale bitter with a citrus fruit aroma and hoppy citrus finish.
A dry hoppy aroma. A citrus, pineapple flavour. A dry mouthfeel that lingers into the aftertaste. A good level of fruity, citrus in the aftertaste where the fruit lingers.
Pale Ale straw. A lightly hopped beer with a crisp, dry mouth feel. Light hop in the after taste followed by dryness that lingers. Just a hint of malt throughout.
Soft and juicy session NEIPA, triple hopped with Simcoe, Azacca and Citra.
Gorgeously rich, creamy, luxurious milk stout brewed with an indulgent seven different malts to give a dark as night body and pulling with a caramel coloured head. Wafts of rum, dark fruits and roasted coffee on the nose with creamy rich Belgium chocolate, sweet chocolate cake, hints of liquorice and freshly roasted coffee notes, with distinct cakey back-notes of bourbon biscuits washed down with full cream milk.
Dry hopped with El Dorado and Ekuanot with Cascade hops thrown in at the bittering stage. Expect big tropical fruit flavours in this classic USA hopped IPA.
A West Coast IPA hopped with a whole host of incredible American hops: Colombus, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe and then if that wasn’t enough it’s then been dry hopped with an extra heap of Simcoe and Centennial.

Can you actually deny a grand Bitter, I didn’t think so. We’ve dropped all the things we love about a bitter together, to bring the perfect pint. It’s nostalgic with a top of modernity thrown in for good measure. Hops: First Golding and Celeia Hops.
With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing.
One of our range of single hopped beers brewed only using Kohatu hops from New Zealand. Pale blonde with a fruity herbal aroma, medium bitter taste and a clean crisp bitter finish.

Last September, we were able to do our first-ever Hop selection trip across to the West Coast of America. Our first utilisation of these is our hand-selected Mosaic, which of course is going into flagship, Sonoma – which just happens to be turning 8 years old at the same time!
New England style pale single hopped with Mosaic Cryo. Showcasing the classic and versatile hop, the drinker can expect a berry medley of aromas, and plenty of Mango and Stone Fruit flavours. Low in bitterness and easy drinking!
This brew exhibits lots of dry-roasted character thanks to the use of roasted barley. The emphasis on coffee-like roasted barley and a moderate degree of roasted malt aromas define much of the character. Medium hop bitterness, for a smooth, velvety dark stout.
This is our ‘white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of named hops to allow the characteristics of those hops to really shine through. Always changing, always special. This batch: CITRA.

A lower percentage version of its bigger sibling – Clique Fest. This still contains 6 malts, has a medium body on the palate and lactose for a creamy mouthfeel. All that combined with some mega tasty Biscoff flavouring means you can kick back and enjoy the Autumnal months with a hit to the senses.
Good Vibe Golden Ale, a quadruple hit of hops, hopster heaven.
A rich and moreish, ebony coloured Irish Oatmeal Stout. The symphony of roasted barley and dark malts deliver Cappuccino and Mocha flavours on the palate, and are complimented by the clean bitterness of fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, leading to a velvety, dry finish.
A traditional porter made from a blend of the finest Maris Otter, Chocolate and crystal malts. then Muscovado sugar and Molasses are added to provide a Rum finish to the rich Coffee and dark Chocolate base. English hops are used to enhance and balance this complex malt character, resulting in a supremely quaffable beer.
Milk stouts are brewed with sugar from cows’ milk to give the beer a sweet, creamy tone. For our take on the traditional recipe we”ve used copious amounts of chocolate malts and laced them with vanilla and cacao to creat a milkshake rich, velvety and satisfying dark beer.

Our first collab beer was brewed in the UK in 2021, when we participated in the Hop City beer festival. This time, when brewing together in Latvia, we decided to brew a Triple Dry Hopped New England style Double IPA with some if our favourite hops – Vic Secret (Australia), Sabro, Mosaic and Simcoe (USA).
The special feature of the “Kellerbier” is the fine yeasty cloudiness and the pleasantly bitter taste. As it is bottled unfiltered, many of the natural protein, yeast and hop elements remain contained in the beer. It consequently retains its original character and the beer connoisseur can appreciate the fullness of taste that this very drinkable beer offers.
The typical every day drink in Bavaria. Together with wheat beer this style is the most famous beer style in the Bavarian south. It is crisp, smooth and mellow. A perfectly balanced taste and aroma.

Teaming up with SeaGrown. Locally harvested sugar kelp give savoury flavours, topped with punchy Mosaic & Sabro cryo hops, all layered upon a rich ruby malt back bone in this vegan surf & turf in beer form.
Brewed and released just once a year the Barrel Aged Empress Tonkoko spends 12 months in a unique selection of Bourbon barrels each year.
Blessed state is a decadent export strength stout. Full of specialty malts for a rich flavour. Cold conditioned for an extended period, the beer was finished with Cacao nibs and a blend of Brazilian and natural coffee beans from local small batch roasters, Tigermoth.

From the recipe by Peter Josef Früh of the family brewery, this top-fermented specialty beer features the best ingredients and is brewed according to the German Purity Law. A favourite beer of Cologne, which became one of the city’s original.
An initially hoppy blonde quadruple aged for 1 year in French Bordeaux oak barrels in which Swiss wine has been aged. Complex wine with fruity notes, full-bodied and beautiful aftertaste, both in aroma and flavors. The hop keys have almost completely disappeared after 1 year on the barrel. This Reserva leans slightly towards the barley wine style beers.
A house style pale ale, utilising a little bit of Sabro late boil. Hops: Sabro, Idaho 7, Vic Secret, Mosaic BBC.
This gluten-free Helles Lager has been fermented slowly at a low temperature so that the yeast leaves a neutral flavour, making the German malts and hops shine through.

This Bertus has been aged for more then 6 months on Hennessy Cognac Barrrels.
The 2022 edition of Decadence is a smooth imperial stout with notes of red berries and blackberry that give way to a sumptuous chocolate finish.
Recipe inspired by Hotpath and Centaur Army. A big imperial stout aged on roasted peanuts and mulato chili.
Silky, pillowy unfiltered NEIPA with juicy tropical fruit flavours.
This thick smoothie sour started with a malty biscuity base before kilos of fresh Scottish raspberries and tayberries were added on top of a creamy cheesecake mix.
We teamed up with the Northern hop masters once again to brew a hop heavy DIPA. Citra and Cashmere add smooth delicate citrus notes while Nelson and Nectaron in the hot and cold side throw in huge complex and delightful flavours.
A low alcohol mixed culture sour beer conditioned on Sicilian lemons and a small amount of mandarin oranges and pink grapefruit.
A fruited sour brewed with Lemon & Blueberry, as well as a touch of Lactose.

Last Summer we filled our Foeder with 500 kilos of fresh damsons, a farmhouse style Saison, and a harvested local wild yeast. After resting for six months, it was blended with fresh Saison to give a delightfully refreshingly tart and vibrant beer.

Schneider Weisse G. Schneider & Sohn
The traditional wheat beer brewed unaltered in accordance with the original recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872 – and since then simply marquee. Of a deep amber colour, harmonically balanced and strong. That’s what Bavaria tastes like.
This classic German style pils is hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau Blanc which produce subtle aromas of elderflower and lemongrass. Crisp, clean and refreshingly bitter.
Thick, decadent and luxurious maple-glazed banana stout
ATTTENSHUN! Pale ale singularly dry hopped with Mosaic. A berry medley marches through while ripe tropicals parachute in to engage on all fronts. They wouldn’t do that to one of their own.
We teamed up with our friends at Tom’s Tap & Brewhouse to brew this epic Turkish Delight stout. Brewed with loads of cocoa in the mash and Turkish Delight flavourings in the fermenter we’ve made a chocolatey rose water flavoured beer that smells and tastes like the real thing!
Aa Hazy IPA absolutely exploding with flavour! Be prepared for an eruption of tropical fruit with bags of pineapple and grapefruit flowing forth. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft and rich, showcasing an intense stone fruit and citrus character.

Bright, and deceptively light for its ABV. Filled to the brim with huge amounts of Citra & Nelson, expect massive waves of overripe mango, followed by white wine and gooseberry.
Taking our love of all things soft and hazy, we’ve added a triple hop bill of Strata, Idaho 7 and classic Citra to this juicy New England IPA. Strata gives initial dank tropical fruit punch flavours, quickly followed by notes of papaya, apricot and black tea from the Idaho 7 topped off with a smooth Citra finish.

Tart lemon pastry sour with vanilla and caramelised sugar combining to recreate the nostalgic sweet & sour hit of still-warm, buttery pancakes – sticky with sugar and golden syrup – spiked with lemon juice.
A sessionable, hazy and beautifully balanced pale ale. Hefty quantities of wheat give a satisfying full-bodied mouthfeel, whilst a delicious Norwegian yeast strain called Voss Kveik lends a clean, refreshing finish with touches of orange. Chinook and Citra hops bring vibrant notes of clean citrus, ripe peach and piney balance.
This thick and creamy oat-based delight is packed full of blueberry and toasted coconut, plus a touch of vanilla. It is dangerously easy drinking, with its deep sweetness and gentle acidity in perfect balance.
