We’ve been wanting to do this for ages – a session IPA packed full of flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and oats for that lovely mouth feel. Hop wise – we’ve packed this little beast with our favourites – Mosaic and Citra. Expect tropical, citrus, stone-fruit notes. This sessionable IPA was a joy to brew and a true joy to drink. Vegan friendly.

Brewed with finest Pale, Crystal and Cara malts with Pilgrim, Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops resulting in a light copper ale that is full of character and a little bite!

In memory of our co-founder Jim Minkin who sadly passed away in 2020. JIMBO is our legacy brew to Jim’s character. He lives on in our great beer. Part of him will always be at Purity. Brewed with Pilgrim for that initial bitterness and then the classics Fuggles and Goldings as well as Emperor (a brand new hop as part of the Charles Faram hop breeding program) to bring body to the mouthfeel. These classic and new wave hops give JIMBO aromas of mixed berries, crisp apple, yet all balanced with a well-rounded nutty bitter finish.

Pitchfork Ale is a golden bitter made with two traditional classic English hops with a floral aroma. It has a hoppy predominate taste which is slightly sweet and fruity and leaves you wanting more.

HPA is an easy-going real ale that brings people together. Our brewers have let locally grown Target and Celeia hops hang out with Maris Otter pale malt to give this understated brew its pale straw colour, citrus hop aroma and a balanced bitter finish.

Butty Bach is a Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’ – and this charmingly smooth premium ale has certainly made more than a few friendships in its time. We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite.
