Soft, citrussy and a little pithy, <i>Paper Room</i> is Citra through and through. An oat-heavy malt bill and fermentation on a neutral yeast makes this fundamentally smashable.
A very rich, thick, and flavoursome porter, in the style of those brewed in old London. The aroma brings roasted coffee and oak. Dark chocolate, espresso and charred malts follow and the long finale is dark, fruity, and bittersweet.
American IPA. With Citra, for it's unrelenting juicy and pithy overtures, and Simcoe, for its firey pine and stone fruit flavours. An oat laden malt bill provides a hefty body. Fermenting on London Fog adds stone fruit esters, rounding off this delicious brew.
